Please add 2 inches to your base measurement to ensure the proper fit, if this is not added it will not fit and alterations will be needed. If you are a at a half measurement please round up to the next whole number. 14.5” would be 15” after rounding. Items are measured including the closure, please keep this in mind when selecting sizes, let me know if you need help with it.
