There is an allowance of +/- .25" in measurement depending on how the rings/or pattern ends.
Please add 2 inches to your base measurement to ensure the proper fit, if this is not added it will not fit and alterations will be needed. If you are a at a half measurement please round up to the next whole number. 14.5” would be 15” after rounding.
This collar can handle medium play, it can be tugged on and light yanks but do not hold a sustained pull.
